I am a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant that applies this skillset under direct supervision of a DPT. I am working independently as a Licensed Massage Therapist and administer techniques within my relevant scope of practice. I am able to refer for additional PT evaluation, diagnosis, and care at request or recommendation.

Please provide 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Notification within 24 hours will be charged half the rate services. No show appointments will be charged a full rate.
