Rooted in an understanding of the interconnected web of fascia and its relationship to our daily movement patterns, my style is aimed at structural reorganization and a nervous system reset. In the simplest of terms, balance and rest. Slow, deep, and attuned to your body’s needs.

The most common massage styles in the West. Swedish involves relaxing, longer strokes with light to medium pressure. Deep tissue involves targeted pressure to reduce pain and muscle tension to correct structural imbalances.

Prenatal massage is beneficial to lower stress and relieve pregnancy-related discomfort. This massage is very light pressure, mostly performed in a side-lying position with additional pillows and bolsters for comfort and support. Appropriate during second and third trimesters of pregnancy, following discussion with your provider to ensure safety.

This massage is performed with a gloved hand and targets facial muscles from inside the mouth. Beneficial for disorders, such as TMJD, teeth grinding, whiplash, and chronic headaches.

A style of hands-on therapy which targets the fascia and connective tissue of the body. Pressure is superficial, sustained, and performed to improve overall tissue mobility.

A very gentle, subtle approach to bodywork targeting fascia of the body.

A gentle approach designed to reduce swelling by manipulating specific areas of your body to promote the flow of lymph fluid to rid the body of toxins. Beneficial for chronic conditions, such as lymphedema, acute injury with localized swelling, or those recovering from cancer treatment.

This style of massage includes tailored acupressure techniques along with assisted yoga postures. Clients are required to wear loose fitting and comfortable attire throughout the massage. It is a full-body session lasting between 90-120 minutes performed from a padded floor mat.

Utilizing techniques including, external pin-and-stretch and proprioceptive neuro facilitation (PNF), to promote tissue lengthening from a biomechanical model and nervous system perspective to achieve lasting results.

Travel massage options are available for group events. Sessions limited to five participants for 60 minutes each. Different rates apply.
